Minnezona Circle

When our old house on Minnezona Circle went on the market this past week, we had to take the boys by to see it. This unique home on a street with a funny name (think Minnesota and Arizona get hitched... I guess it has more of a ring than Arizota) is where Chris and I spent the first 2 1/2 years of our married life. We have so many fond memories of our time owning this two bedroom little piece of paradise. Memories like:

sitting on the floor at this coffee table enjoying lunch together while watching seinfeld reruns.

sharing
this tiny, little office:
There wasn't a wasted inch in this 4'x12' storage closet turned office. Yes, Chris turned this hot, plywood lined outdoor closet into a beautiful, air-conditioned waterfront office for two. It was so cozy that we didn't even have to leave our seats to get to the printer or fax. And, in case you were wondering, only one of us could be on the phone at once!

watching
monsoon storms out the many windows:

preparing
a Thanksgiving Day feast for 12 in the tiny galley kitchen:

and so many more...

The boy's tour of Minnezona wouldn't be complete without a stop at one of our favorite neighborhood restaurants. We debated between LGO and Delux, but decided on Delux. They have the best organic gourmet burger ever and their french fries and aoili sauce combination is to die for. The boys liked the way the fries were delivered to the table:

...and just as quickly as Minnezona went up for sale, it sold. Lucky new owners!

You and Chris gave that house a lot of character. It was a great place.
