Road Trip Part One Continued

Whenever we visit our family and friends in Utah it seems like we always run out of time to see everyone and do everything we were hoping. Here are some more of our trip highlights:
Helping Uncle Cord dig trenches for a new sprinkler system.
Spending time with Nana.
Cal holds a very special place in his heart for his great grandma.
Visiting Johnny's Dairy and picking up fresh milk.
Lots of quality grammy time. Cal is her little assistant in this kitchen.
Finishing a nightly bath and getting
ready for evening snuggles and books with grammy.
Hanging with Uncle Donald. He's one cool uncle.

Temple Square

The impetus for part one of our road trip was to attend a medical seminar by Dr. Tennant, who happened to be doing a training in Salt Lake City. Danielle, Crewe's incredibly talented nurse, had never been to Salt Lake before so we showed her around Temple Square.

View from the top of the conference center
Danielle and Crewe. Please excuse Crewe's grouchy look,
he had just woken up from a nap in the stroller.
Cal tried out the "olden-day" toys in the family search
center while Danielle researched her great grandparents.

I'm now in a lot of trouble with Danielle because she's addicted to doing geneology since finding out some interesting info on her great grandparents that day.
